Royal Copenhagen Annual Christmas Wife 2025 - Sven Vestergaard

Royal Copenhagen Annual Christmas Wife 2025 is a charming Christmas figure that gathers classic Danish Christmas atmosphere in one motif. The figure shows a Christmas wife in a red and white outfit with a Santa hat, green bows by the hair and a dish filled with golden æbleskiver, which she carries forward in her arms. This gives the figure a warm and homely expression, where Christmas baking, traditions and anticipation of the holiday go hand in hand.

The details bring the motif to life. The red and white colors stand out clearly and recognizably, and the æbleskiver are carried in a small stand with blue decoration, which creates a fine connection to Royal Copenhagen's well-known design language. According to the existing product text, the figure is designed by Sven Vestergaard, and precisely the story of the Christmas kitchen, serving and togetherness makes this edition an atmospheric addition to the Christmas decorations.

The Annual Christmas Wife is part of the popular collector's series around Royal Copenhagen Christmas figures. The series with the Annual Santa Claus starts in 2001, and since then a new Santa Claus has been produced every year. From 2021 onwards, a Christmas wife has also been added to the collection. This has made the series even more interesting for collectors, and there is great demand for these Royal Copenhagen Christmas figures. For many, the edition itself is important, both as a memory, a gift and as a missing figure in an existing collection.

This figure works beautifully on its own as a Christmas decoration on a shelf, in the windowsill or as part of a larger Christmas still life arrangement. At the same time, it naturally matches the Annual Santa Claus and other figures from the same series if you wish to expand the collection with a new edition. It is also an obvious gift idea for collectors of Royal Copenhagen, for the Christmas-loving hostess or for someone who appreciates Danish design with tradition and personality.
