Royal Copenhagen Annual Santa 2002 Santa Visiting

Royal Copenhagen Annual Santa 2002 with the title Santa Visiting is a charming Christmas figurine that gathers the entire story of the generous Santa in one motif. The figurine shows Santa with the friendly face, the long white beard and the classic red suit, as he comes forward with a green Christmas tree in his hand and his arms full of toys and gifts. It is a Christmas figurine with warmth, movement and lots of details, which makes it ideal for both Christmas decoration and collecting.

Sven Vestergaard has created a figurine that exudes classic Danish Christmas atmosphere. On the figurine, among other things, a doll, a teddy bear, an elephant and a sack of toys can be seen, which emphasizes the title Santa Visiting in a vivid and narrative way. The red, green, white and light grey colour scheme gives the figurine a traditional Christmas expression, and the underglaze helps give the surface depth and gloss.

This Royal Copenhagen Christmas figurine belongs to the popular Annual Santa series, which starts in 2001, and in which a new Santa has been produced every year. From 2021 onwards, a Mrs. Claus has also been added to the collection. The series is very popular, and there is great demand for these Royal Copenhagen Christmas figurines, both among collectors and among those who want a fixed Christmas tradition in the home.

As a collector's figurine, Annual Santa 2002 is an obvious choice if you want to supplement an existing collection or find a particular year in the series. At the same time, the figurine also works beautifully on its own on a shelf, in a display cabinet or as part of this year's Christmas arrangement with fir, candles and other classic Christmas decorations. For many, older Christmas figurines are also a wonderful way to choose quality design with history and give beautiful craftsmanship new life year after year.
