Ebbe Sadolin was a versatile artist, who worked both in porcelain painting, puppet teatre and illustrations. He travelled abroad often and worked on the development of interior design. He received a goldmedal for ceramic works in Paris in 1937.
He was admitted to the Art Academy in 1918.
Ebbe Sadolin was attached to Bing & Grondahl from 1927. Among other things he has designed many of the blanch-de-chine figurines.
He is mostly known as an illustrator and artistic employee in many Danish newspapers.
