Royal Copenhagen Winter Series 2008 snowman Father Max with birds

Royal Copenhagen Winter Series 2008 snowman Father Max with birds is a charming porcelain figurine that captures winter's calm atmosphere with a warm and human expression. The figurine depicts the family's father, Max, sitting with a basket beside him and small birds close around him. The motif tells a little winter story of care, nature, and the quiet moments that make the season especially cozy.

Designed by Henny Iversen, the figurine has a soft and friendly design language that characterizes Royal Copenhagen's winter series. In the picture, Father Max is seen with a dark hat, green scarf, black buttons, and a woven basket in his hand. The birds are placed close to him, including on his arm and beside the basket, which emphasizes the story of the snowman family out to feed the birds. This gives the figurine life and makes it more than just a Christmas figurine or winter figurine - it becomes a little scene in itself.

As part of the well-known snowman family with Max, Sophie, and Arthur, this figurine is ideal for collectors of Royal Copenhagen figurines and the winter series. It works beautifully on its own, but especially comes into its own together with the other snowmen in the series, where it contributes personality and coherence. It is also an obvious gift idea for collectors, for winter decoration with a story, or for those who are fond of classic Danish design porcelain.

The underglaze decoration contributes to the fine, durable expression, and the figurine's calm colors make it easy to place in both traditional and simpler winter interiors. Older designs like this have a special ability to create atmosphere year after year, and that is precisely why collectible figurines with a story are a beautiful choice for those who appreciate good craftsmanship and the joy of giving quality design new life in the home.
