Bing & Grøndahl figurine no. 2250 Girl and baby porcelain figurine

Bing & Grøndahl figurine no. 2250 depicts a girl and a baby in a close and warm moment. The figurine shows the older girl sitting close together with the small child, while their faces meet in a loving gesture. The motif has the quiet intimacy that makes classic porcelain figurines so sought after in interior decor - a small moment of care, sibling love and everyday life captured in porcelain.

The porcelain figurine is executed in underglaze, which emphasizes the soft and calm expression. In the picture, a subdued color scheme is seen with light skin tones and clothing in light and darker shades, which gives the figurine depth without seeming heavy. The kneeling or seated posture and the close contact between the children bring the motif to life and make the figurine ideal for collectors of B&G figurines, child figurines and classic Danish porcelain.

This Bing & Grøndahl figurine fits beautifully on a shelf, in a display cabinet collection or as part of an arrangement with other porcelain figurines with children and family life as the motif. It can also be a personal gift idea for someone who loves porcelain art, collectible figurines or motifs with mother-child and sibling relationships. Older porcelain figurines like this one have a special charm because they bring history, craftsmanship and personality into the home and at the same time are a sustainable choice when beautiful quality objects are allowed to live on.

For collectors, the figurine number is important, and Bing & Grøndahl figurine no. 2250 in particular is easy to identify. The motif with girl and baby also makes it interesting for those who are looking for a child figurine, porcelain figurine with children or a classic B&G figurine with a warm and human expression.
