Royal Copenhagen deer stoneware figurine no. 22607

Royal Copenhagen deer stoneware figurine no. 22607 is a characterful animal figurine with a calm and lifelike expression. The figurine depicts a resting deer, lying tucked together with its head slightly turned, giving it a vivid and attentive appearance. The soft lines of the body and the fine modelling around the head, ears and antlers give the figurine presence and make it a decorative feature for those who appreciate Danish design, animal figurines and classic stoneware.

The glaze plays beautifully in shades of brown, greenish olive, cream and darker details, which emphasize the figurine's organic form. It is precisely this lively glaze effect that helps give the stoneware figurine depth and personality, and it therefore fits well into both modern interiors and homes with older design classics. On a shelf, in a display cabinet or as part of a combined arrangement with other animals and figurines, it adds warmth and texture.

A Royal Copenhagen figurine like this appeals both to collectors and to those who want home décor with history and soul. Stoneware figurines have a special weight and character, and an animal figurine with this calm motif is also an obvious gift idea for a collector or for anyone who appreciates Nordic design language. At the same time, it is a beautiful example of how older design and craftsmanship can still find a place in the home and bring joy for many years to come.
