Bing & Grøndahl Mastiff dog figurine no. 2108

Bing & Grøndahl Mastiff dog figurine no. 2108 is a porcelain figurine with a calm, heavy and dignified expression. The standing mastiff is modelled with the powerful body, the broad head and the drooping ears that characterize the breed, and the figurine has a natural weight that gives it a strong presence in the room. The glossy glaze and the soft transitions in the body emphasize the shape in a way that particularly suits the motif well.

The colour scheme is subdued and classic with light shades on the body and darker details at the muzzle, eyes and ears. This gives the dog figurine life without seeming restless. The collar with small markings adds extra character, and the simple posture allows the breed's build and calm temperament to stand out clearly. It is precisely the type of animal figurine that both dog lovers and collectors of Bing & Grøndahl porcelain often seek.

As an older porcelain figurine, this mastiff also contains the special joy that lies in preserving good craftsmanship and allowing it to live on in the home. A figurine like this brings history, personality and Danish porcelain tradition into the interior and is at the same time a sustainable choice for you who prefer quality objects with soul rather than new production.

Mastiff dog figurine no. 2108 fits beautifully in a display cabinet, on a shelf or on a desk, where it can stand alone or be combined with other dog figurines and porcelain figurines. It is also an obvious gift for the collector, for the dog person or for the one who is fond of classic animal figurines from Bing & Grøndahl.
