Bing & Grøndahl figurine no. 2398 girl with flowers and teddy bear 11 cm

Bing & Grøndahl figurine no. 2398 depicts a girl moving forward with flowers in her hand and a small teddy bear held securely at her side. The motif has a warm and personal atmosphere, where the child, the flowers, and the teddy bear together create a figurine with a clear story and presence. The clear blue color of the trousers stands beautifully with the light top and gives the figurine a characteristic expression that makes it easy to notice in the collection or in the décor.

According to the existing product information, the figurine is associated with the text "Congratulations Mama". This makes it ideal as a collector's figurine, but also as a thoughtful gift idea in connection with a new addition to the family, Mother's Day, or a special occasion where the motif with child, flowers, and teddy bear fits naturally.

The figurine is designed by Claire Weiss for Bing & Grøndahl and made as a porcelain figurine in underglaze. This very type of B&G child figurine has the charm that many appreciate in classic Danish figurative art: a simple, narrative motif, soft shapes, and an expression that still feels alive in a modern home. It works well alone on a shelf, in a display cabinet, or together with other child figurines from Bing & Grøndahl and Royal Copenhagen.

Older porcelain figurines like this one have a special value because they are created to be preserved and enjoyed for many years. When you choose a figurine with history and soul, you get both fine craftsmanship and a more sustainable alternative to new production. It is the type of decorative art and collector's item that adds personality to the home and brings joy across generations.
