Royal Copenhagen Pointer figurine 1635, lying with head up 13x24 cm

Royal Copenhagen Pointer figurine no. 1635 is a classic dog figurine in porcelain, designed by Lauritz Jensen. The figurine shows a lying pointer with its head raised and a calm, attentive expression, which gives the motif life and presence. The long, slender body and the relaxed posture highlight the dog's elegant lines, while the glossy surface and the fine underglaze give the figurine a clean and harmonious expression.

The naturalistic model makes this Royal Copenhagen dog figurine an obvious choice for collectors of Danish porcelain and for anyone who is fond of animal figurines with character. In the pictures, the pointer is shown in white with light brown patches and a detailed face with a dark nose and an alert gaze. The ears fall softly down along the head, and the placement of the forelegs emphasizes the figurine's calm, yet vigilant attitude. It is a porcelain figurine that contains both classic Danish design and a fine understanding of the dog's anatomy.

A Royal Copenhagen pointer fits beautifully into both modern and more traditional homes, where it can stand in a bookcase, on a desk, or as part of a collection with other animal figurines. For many, older porcelain figurines in particular are something special, because they bring history, craftsmanship, and personality into the interior. That also makes them a gift idea with lasting value for dog lovers, collectors, and anyone with a sense for Danish design.

This figurine is also a good example of how quality products in porcelain can be preserved and enjoyed in new surroundings. A dog figurine like this adds soul to the home and is a beautiful alternative to new production when you want interior décor with history and character.
