Freight cost are calculated on basis of:

• Number of items
• Size and weight
• Country of delivery
• Delivery Service

Large and/or heavy items are subject to extra freight cost

Items with the Extra Freight symbol/icon are subject to extra freight cost due to significant weight or size. The automatic freight estimation is not available for these items because of their significant weight and/or size.

Typically these items are furniture, large figurines, vases, glass art items, large lamps and lampshades.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping under the following conditions:

• Denmark: free shipping on orders over DKK 799
• Germany: free shipping on orders over EUR 150

For deliveries to other EU countries as well as countries outside the EU, including the United Kingdom (UK), shipping costs are always charged. Shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout.

Please note that items marked with the Extra Freight symbol and very large or heavy items are not eligible for free shipping.

OBS: When buying furniture and other bigger things, it can be beneficial to pick it up in the store in Odense N., Denmark. - This way you are able to see the goods with your own eyes before purchasing and save the freight cost.

As the system cannot automatically calculate the freight cost, we ask you kindly to add these items to the basket, and send us an inquiry (an option in the basket).

No freight cost - collect your order!

You can save freight cost if you collect your order at our boutique in Odense, Denmark. Please call or write us to make an appointment for when to collect your item(s).
