Freight cost are calculated on basis of:

• Number of items
• Size and weight
• Country of delivery
• Delivery Service

Large and/or heavy items are subject to extra freight cost

Items with the Extra Freight symbol/icon are subject to extra freight cost due to significant weight or size. The automatic freight estimation is not available for these items because of their significant weight and/or size.

Typically these items are furniture, large figurines, vases, glass art items, large lamps and lampshades.

OBS: When buying furniture and other bigger things, it can be beneficial to pick it up in the store in Odense N., Denmark. - This way you are able to see the goods with your own eyes before purchasing and save the freight cost.

As the system cannot automatically calculate the freight cost, we ask you kindly to add these items to the basket, and send us an inquiry (an option in the basket).

Environmental charge

We care about the environment, both regarding packaging and trash removal, etc. The rising costs of environmental preparatory measurements are costing us money. Therefor, we are adding an environmental charge to each order no matter how much you are ordering. The environmental charge is DKK 10.
