Beagle dog figurine no. 2564 Bing & Grøndahl 10 cm

A charming beagle in porcelain, captured in the middle of a curious and lively moment. The figurine is modelled in a low, forward-facing position with a raised tail, long drooping ears and an open mouth, which gives it an alert and playful expression. The classic beagle colouring with white areas, warm brown shades and a dark back emphasises the figurine's lifelike character and makes it a fine addition to the collection of dog figurines, Danish porcelain and Bing & Grøndahl figurines.

This porcelain figurine is registered as Bing & Grøndahl dog figurine no. 2564, also referred to as no. 564. It is made in underglaze, which gives the glossy surface depth and a beautiful, durable colour effect. The motif has lots of personality, and the small beagle works well both as a collector's figurine, as a gift for a dog lover or as a decorative detail in the home, where classic Danish design and animal motifs are allowed to create warmth and character.

Older porcelain figurines like this have a special presence. They are created to be kept, enjoyed and used in the décor for many years. That is precisely why they are also an obvious choice for you who appreciate fine craftsmanship, original design and the joy of giving quality objects with history new life in a modern home.
