Royal Copenhagen figurine no. 2189 Girl with lamb Hans H. Hansen

Royal Copenhagen figurine no. 2189 depicts a kneeling girl close to her lamb in a calm and narrative composition that exudes intimacy and stillness. The motif has a soft, almost poetic expression, where the girl embraces the reclining lamb with both arms, while the figure's form and movement draw the eye to the quiet contact between child and animal. It is a porcelain figurine with classic appeal and a motif that fits beautifully into both collections and interiors with an appreciation for Danish design and figurative art.

The figurine is designed by Hans H. Hansen for Royal Copenhagen and made in porcelain as an underglaze figurine. In the pictures, the fine, subdued colours can be seen with a white lamb, light skin tones, brownish hair and a light blue garment decorated with small golden details. The base has a calm, organic design language that supports the figurine's Art Nouveau character and gives the whole a harmonious expression. Model number 2189 is an important identifier for collectors and for you who are looking for a specific Royal Copenhagen figurine.

This vintage figurine has both decorative value and collector interest. It adds history, warmth and personality to the home and is at the same time a beautiful example of how older quality objects can still be given new life in a contemporary interior. It works beautifully in a display cabinet, on a shelf or as part of an arrangement with other porcelain figurines, animal figurines or classic Danish decorative arts.

For those who appreciate Royal Copenhagen, Hans H. Hansen or porcelain figurines with an animal motif, this is a figurine with an intimate and timeless expression. It is also ideal as a gift for a collector or for someone who values porcelain with soul, craftsmanship and storytelling.
