Bing & Grøndahl Victoria 2004 Teddy Bear of the Year figurine

Victoria 2004 Teddy Bear of the Year from Bing & Grøndahl is a charming porcelain figurine from the popular Victor & Victoria series, created by Sheilah Beckett. The figurine shows Victoria as a little bear in a white apron and bonnet with pink details, while she carries a layer cake with three candles. The motif exudes birthday spirit, coziness and the warm story that has precisely made the series beloved among collectors of B&G figurines.

It is a figurine with a calm and recognizable expression, where the fine color details and the narrative composition make it decorative from several angles. The small cake on the dish, the bow at the back and the blue stripes on the apron give the figurine life and personality. As an annual figurine from 2004, it also has a special appeal to collectors who are looking precisely for Teddy Bear of the Year or wish to expand their Victor & Victoria collection with the individual yearly editions.

It fits nicely in a display cabinet, on a shelf or as a personal gift idea for a collector, for a birthday or for someone who loves classic Bing & Grøndahl figurines with story and nostalgia.

Older porcelain figurines like this one have a very special ability to add soul and history to the home.
