Royal Copenhagen Santa Claus Christmas figurine no. 321 22.5 cm

Royal Copenhagen Santa Claus no. 321 is an atmospheric Christmas figurine in porcelain that captures the calm and contemplative side of Christmas's most beloved figure. Here, Santa Claus sits comfortably in a high chair in his red and white clothes, black boots, and long white beard, while a grey cat has found a place on his lap. The motif gives the figurine warmth and personality and makes it a natural eye-catcher in the Christmas decorations.

It is precisely the interplay between Santa Claus, the cat, and the unrolled scroll with visible handwriting that gives the figurine its narrative. It conveys a quiet Christmas day with anticipation, presence, and traditions. The modelled details in the chair, the soft shapes in the outfit, and the classic Christmas colours make the figurine decorative from several angles and suitable both on its own and together with other Christmas porcelain from Royal Copenhagen.

The figurine is designed by Sven Westergaard and made in porcelain with underglaze, which emphasizes the solid craftsmanship quality that many collectors and Christmas enthusiasts associate with Royal Copenhagen. With a height of 22.5 cm, it has a size that makes it ideal on a chest of drawers, in the window sill, or as part of a larger Christmas display with pixies, angels, and other classic Christmas figurines.

For those who appreciate older design with history and soul, this Santa Claus figurine is also a fine example of how quality products can be passed on and bring joy year after year. A Royal Copenhagen Christmas figurine like this fits beautifully into a home where Christmas may gladly be both traditional, personal, and sustainable.
