Royal Copenhagen girl with drinking cat mini figurine no. 094

This small Royal Copenhagen figurine captures a calm and everyday moment between child and animal. The motif shows a girl sitting bent forward over a white cat, while the cat drinks from a small bowl. The close contact between the two gives the figurine warmth and life, and precisely that kind of quiet narrative has made classic porcelain figurines so beloved among collectors and in home decor.

The girl is dressed in a blue dress with light sleeves, and the simple color scheme highlights the soft modeling in the porcelain. The cat is shaped in an elongated, natural posture with its tail raised, while the girl lets her hand rest over its back. The composition appears both harmonious and lively, and the figurine is well suited to you who are looking for a child figurine, cat figurine or mini figurine with a classic Danish expression.

The figurine is designed by Ingeborg Plockross-Irminger, who is known for her depictions of children and intimate everyday scenes. Here her sure sense of movement, posture and the quiet narrative is seen, which makes small porcelain figurines relevant many years after they were created. Royal Copenhagen at the same time emphasizes the figurine's place in Danish porcelain history, where craftsmanship, form and motif come together in a higher unity.

The small size makes the figurine easy to place on a shelf, on a chest of drawers or in a display cabinet together with other porcelain figurines from Royal Copenhagen. It is also ideal as a gift for a cat lover, for the collector of child figurines or for you who are fond of porcelain with history and personality. Older figurines like this are moreover a beautiful choice for anyone who wants to decorate with quality items that can be preserved and bring joy through generations.
