Royal Copenhagen Pointer dog figurine 1453-1635 Lauritz Jensen

Royal Copenhagen Pointer dog figurine 1453-1635 is a classic porcelain figurine with a calm and lifelike expression. The reclining dog is modelled in a relaxed, yet attentive posture with raised head, long outstretched forelegs and soft, harmonious lines that give the figurine a vivid sense of presence. The grey decorations on the head, ears, back and hindquarters emphasize the breed's characteristic markings and give the motif fine depth.

The figurine is made by Lauritz Jensen, who is known for his animal figurines with a sure sense of anatomy and personality. Here, the Pointer's slender body and calm nature are rendered with great precision, so that the figurine appeals both to collectors of Royal Copenhagen and to dog lovers with an eye for Danish design and porcelain. The glossy surface and the subdued underglaze give a classic expression that fits beautifully into both traditional and more simple modern homes.

As a dog figurine and animal figurine, this model has a special appeal because it combines decorative value with the story of good craftsmanship. Older porcelain figurines like this are made to last and bring a special soul into the interior. This makes it a sustainable choice for you who prefer quality objects with history over new production. Place it in a display cabinet, on a shelf, a desk or together with other porcelain figurines, where its calm form and fine decorations really come into their own.

It is also an obvious gift idea for collectors, hunters, dog owners or anyone who is fond of Royal Copenhagen figurines and classic Danish porcelain. The motif is discreet and full of character at the same time, and that is precisely why this Pointer is a figurine one wants to look at again and again.
