Royal Copenhagen Santa of the Year 2025 with Blue Fluted Plain jug

Royal Copenhagen Santa of the Year 2025 combines classic Christmas atmosphere with a motif that immediately evokes recognition among collectors and lovers of Danish porcelain design. The figure shows the well-known Santa in a red and white outfit, standing with a small coffee pot decorated in blue, while a penguin with a green bow tie stands by his side. It is a charming Christmas figure, where colours, details and storytelling come together in a higher unity.

Precisely in 2025, the figure gains an extra dimension because the pot clearly refers to the iconic Blue Fluted Plain expression, which holds a very special place in Royal Copenhagen's history. Together with the small penguin, it creates a fine balance between tradition, warmth and a playful Christmas universe. The motif makes the figure ideal as Christmas decoration, a collector's figure or a gift for someone who loves Royal Copenhagen and classic Christmas traditions.

The Santa of the Year series is very popular, and there is great demand for these Royal Copenhagen Christmas figures. The series began in 2001, and since then a new Santa has been produced every year. From 2021 onwards, a Mrs. Santa has also been added to the collection, which has made the series even more interesting for collectors. Therefore, Santa of the Year 2025 is both an independent Christmas figure and a natural part of a larger collection, which can be expanded year by year.

The design was created by Sven Vestergaard, and the figure bears his confident sense of narrative and atmospheric design language. It works beautifully alone on a shelf, on the windowsill or as part of this year's Christmas display, but it is also ideal for those of you who already collect Santa of the Year and wish to complete the line with this year's edition. At DPH - Danish Porcelain House, this type of Christmas figure is an obvious choice for both collectors and those who wish to bring Danish Christmas tradition into the home with porcelain that can be brought out again year after year.
