Royal Tettau Christmas plate 1993, winter motif with children and church, 20 cm

Royal Tettau Christmas plate 1993 shows an atmospheric winter motif with children playing in the snow in front of a large church or monastery building. In the foreground, small figures can be seen in a snow-covered landscape, where sleds are being pulled and people move around on the ice, while the bare trees frame the scene. Behind them rises the striking building with domes and towers under a dark blue evening sky with stars, and the entire motif has the classic Christmas calm that makes a Christmas plate a permanent part of the month of December year after year.

On the front stands the Scandinavian inscription "Julen 1993" in gold lettering. This Royal Tettau, Germany Christmas plate was produced for the Scandinavian market and belongs to the annual plates that many collectors are fond of for their recognizable winter motifs and their clear connection to Christmas traditions. On the back it is stated that the plate was produced in a limited number, which makes it extra interesting for collectors of Christmas plates and older porcelain with history.

The plate measures approx. 20 cm in diameter and has a hanger glued to the back, so it is ready to go up on the wall straight away. It can be used as a classic Christmas decoration, included in a collection of annual plates, or placed on the table as a small plate during the Christmas season. Older Christmas plates like this one are also a cozy way to bring more personality and lasting quality into the home, while allowing beautiful porcelain to live on and create joy again.
