Royal Tettau Christmas plate 1996 "Weihnachten 1996" 20 cm

Royal Tettau Christmas plate 1996 with the German inscription "Weihnachten 1996" shows an atmospheric winter scene with a large castle or stately building complex in the background, covered in snow under a dark blue evening sky with stars. In front of the building, a winter landscape can be seen with snow-covered trees, a bridge, and a family with children who are outside in the snow together with a dog. The motif has a calm and narrative Christmas atmosphere, where the illuminated winter landscape and the warm details in the people's clothing create a fine contrast to the deep blue base color.

This Christmas plate is manufactured by Royal Tettau, Germany, in a series made for the Scandinavian market. However, this specific variant is the German edition, as can be seen on the front, where "Weihnachten 1996" appears in gold-colored lettering. On the back, it is stated that the plate was produced in a limited number, which makes it interesting both as a collector's plate and as part of a personal Christmas decoration with history.

The plate measures approx. 20 cm in diameter and has a hanger glued to the back, so it is ready to be put on the wall right away. At the same time, it can also be used as a plate on the Christmas table if you wish to let classic Christmas porcelain play an active role in the table setting. An older Christmas plate like this adds character to the home and is a good choice for those who appreciate preserving beautiful porcelain and letting it live on from year to year.

It fits well into a collection of Christmas plates from Royal Tettau or as a single decorative plate that is allowed to mark exactly 1996. It is also an obvious gift idea for collectors or for a recipient with a special connection to the year.
